Morning sun peek

Skipped gym this morning to attend Veterans breakfast at the high school with John and Ben. The choir sings the anthem, the band plays the songs of the different branches of the armed forces. The students are attentive in serving good breakfast, donated by local businesses. I sat next to a man who had served seven years in submarines.
