My Knee Warmer

It has been a cold day without any sunshine. 

I had physio this morning. Most of time was taken up with filling in the paperwork. She wants to get my knee to bend more. Because of the problem with getting the staples out along with all the walking which I am not use to, my knee was very stiff today. My next visit is on Monday.

Luckily the nurse gave me extra dressings yesterday as the leg started leaking this afternoon. Still seems to be leaking from somewhere this evening even with the extra dressing. It isn't bleeding, thank goodness.
