Poppies....

 A very soggy and windy start to the day here in Essex, like many other areas!  But I  needed to post a few cards so that got me off my butt and out for a little wander.  

Opposite the trains station, and by the creek, the local contractors have put a lovely poppy day memorial in the grass bank which looks so lovely! And worth getting rained on to see!

Very quiet at the creek too, just a few Redshank out and egrets too and the horizontal rain that started to fall made me get the bus home!  Being right by the bus stop down there is making me lazy lol!
