Outside

Ventured out for some fresh air before the weekend's guests arrive.  The autumn colours are looking spectacular this year even though the big green beech isn't looking as vibrant as usual.  I suspect it's not liked this year's climate.

E's been hard at work barrowing wood chippings around the paths.  That's a lot of chippings and there's still a ton or so to go.

100 Macmillan press-ups - clockwise as per yesterday.  Not suffering for this yet, which is nice.  Otherwise, I'm getting myself off the codeine / paracetamol now.
