A little gift!

I went to Waitrose this morning and got stuck in traffic, a 5 minute trip took me about 50 minutes. So I was ‘Slightly irritated ‘ and bought myself a potted miniature Rose. It also means I’ve got blips over the next week or so, until I kill it with kindness ;0)
So that is it really, I’m just trying to decide what to cook for tea? It must be quick, delicious, calorie free and available from my freezer!
