Sigh!

It never rains does it? So Carys is on the mend. Hasn't vomited since yesterday and is taking sips of water. Doesn't want food currently. Managed to get her bath/showered and hair washed. Clean PJ's and bedding makes all the difference. 

Then Will comes home almost in tears with his PE bag like this, lunch box broken and trousers covered in mud. He has had a horrible day at school. It is being dealt with and I won't go into details but there is one teacher at that school who is amazing and she single handedly has put him back together today (and other times) and is going to sort out today's issues. I have every confidence that she will too.
