311/365. St.Peter’s

Tuesday is the day I’ve starting going out with a local walking group. 

Today we started from The Bell pub in Welford-on-Avon and the walk was 3.5 miles we were told. However, a couple of us measured it at 2.6 miles only.

We felt a little short changed and a lot of the walking wasn’t on open ground but footpaths behind houses or between hedges.

Never mind though as at least we were out in the fresh air and saw parts of the village that you don’t get to see when driving through.

St.Peter’s is the village church and we passed by it early on in the walk. I attended a funeral there last month.
