Design classic?

The main library at Edinburgh University is a listed building but some say it looks more like a multistory car park.

Seen here across the verdant Meadows park from the top deck of a 41 bus as I returned from town with J. Earlier we'd walked across the Meadows, through Quartermile down Candlemaker Row, up Victoria Street and watched changing of the (Scots Guards) sentries at Edinburgh Castle.
