Afternoon with Biscuit

Had an afternoon free so went for a Pop-Pop-Bang-Pop over the Snake Pass to Sheffield.

The shop I was chancing on being open turned out to be an online only retailer with no trade counter...boo hoo...but never mind because the Snake was uber pretty with the autumn colours and seeing a sign for Castleton heading further South out of Sheffield, Biscuit insisted on looping back through that lovely bit of the Peak District.

Blip is taken at the foot of Winnats Pass next to Speedwell Cavern on the edge of Castleton. Extra is looking up Winnats Pass which is far more stunning than my phone camera let's on.

Afterwards there was a frothy coffee had at my parents, a welcome one too as I was by this hour more than a bit chilly...brrr.

Whilst sipping coffee youngest dahling randomly turned up too. She has been regaining her mojo and had decided to give her anxiety what for with an evening stroll - go Gal :-)
