November

The month of November is known as a transition month, but today hints more of winter. Strong winds are blowing leaves off the trees; bird feeders swing to and fro. Not even the sun is warm. I noticed how firm the ground is walking to the mailbox. Even a winter coat and hat were needed for the first time. Ready or not, it’s happening! • I noticed this red oak leaf caught in the lilac tree. As you can see the lilac tree is almost bare. It’s a change we dread because our patio and front door are no longer private. That is, until snowbanks take over :) • Stay Warm & Joyful
