Lost Boy?

We often walk a lane called Lovelands at the end of our village, and on the way down the slope to a stream in a wooded dell is this property.  I'm not sure that someone lives here, rather that it's a shed on a smallholding or something like that; but it's intriguing, Mollyfield.  Has that name anything to do with the name of the lane, for instance?
