Best yet

This is the best attempt at a fennel bulb I've managed to grow - less than 10 cm across and with no depth to speak of, but hey, 56 deg N you know.

I also took several photos of a great tit that was at the feeders as soon as I'd filled them - but the red thing on the back of his neck turned out to be a big tumour or something equally nasty. He seemed happy and lively enough, but I chose not to blip him.
