Eric Lancelot Appleby

This is Eric. Snapped this morning, on Newcastle's Town Moor, as he ran his 146th parkrun. Eric is an inspiration to all who know him. He clocked a time of 26:18 for the 5k run a little less than three years ago. He's slowed down a little now, but he will be 81 next month !
