Friendship

I left my friend L's flat this morning after an enjoyable 24 hours of chat, support and friendship. I came away with her gift of this wonderful sampler made in cross stitch especially for me to keep....Following on from having groin lymph nodes removed a few months ago she now has severe oedema in one leg which is restricting her movement even more than her paraplegia does as it is incredibly solid and heavy. Therefore she has found a new hobby and is busy making these fabulous samplers for her 4 daughters and close friends - I am very lucky to be one of those.
