Lorton Valley

This valley is outside Cockermouth and takes you to Loweswater.  A left turn would take you Buttermere.  Sunshine was there and appeared at the right time lighting up the trees showing autumn colours at their best.  This is a back Blip from yesterday.  Today it was dull with rain and hail showers.
The noise outside home was high today as the fibre optics people were digging up the pavement on my side of the road at least two months after they dug up the other side, which had to be re-dug!
