Christmas tree fairies

This morning I went to my watercolour group at Qube in Oswestry.  They have a new  exhibition (it changes every month) and this month is a mixture of local artists.

As I was leaving, I stopped to look at and photograph these Christmas tree fairies.  A very arty looking lady was chatting about them and it turned out that she was Michelle Coxon, the lady that made them.  

 I blipped more of her unusual work here.

She asked me to look under their skirts.  If you are not easily shocked, I made a collage of them as my extra photo. She asked me if I needed smelling salts!

 I didn't buy them for my Christmas tree!
