St. Mary the Virgin church in the beautiful village of Elmley Castle, one of several villages to be found around the foot of Bredon Hill in Worcestershire.

There’s a nice pub, The Queens, there too and plenty of thatched cottages to make it worthwhile visiting there.

I’ve noticed a lot of walkers starting out in the village and making their way up to the top of the hill. Indeed it’s a nice walk to do. Of course the pub is there for them when they finish and it has a tearoom in part of it. Something for everyone.
