…An absolute disaster, that I dropped when removing it from the oven?

I think the answer is pretty obvious, but at least it didn’t hit the floor! I caught the hot mess with my tea towel, and the lining paper helped contain most of it, so I counted the slippage as a win. And then it went back in the oven for more cooking.

We have a visitor tomorrow, whether the above can be made serve-able, we’ll see!
