Morning color

I thought I had a really cute picture of Hilda but after really looking at it, it wasn't that great. My backup is this beautiful flash of color we had this morning taken from the deck.
Then the gray and chill took over. It's been spitting rain and a few pellets of snow but nothing of significance.
It was the usual day spent in my studio. My hands and feet were a little chilly in there. School is coming along, thankfully.
This afternoon I managed my walk and we have a nice fire burning.
