Hearing

Do leaves  really make that much noise and are my footsteps that loud.
Today I was fitted for my hearing aids, after a lengthy process to get the volumes right I was free to go out into the noisy world.
Biggest test tonight was listening to the TV  four stops down on the volume button.
Pleased that I’m getting used to them already.
