Mental

Quiet day.

This evening the F'ers went MENTAL. I am not exaggerating, I've never seen anything like it. For a least and hour they ran, screamed, jumped, screeched and caused mayhem. All this on absolutely no sugar, e-numbers or anything!

We then let them stay up and watch Despicable Me (8.30 and not a special occasion!). Really nice, maybe a taster of things to come when they are a bit older.
