Feed me...No me....No me!!!!

Overlaid for work this morning, oops!! After work I met my mate or a run/walk, we manage to add an extra loop on to our route, making it 5k, and only added 15 minutes onto our time!

To relax we then went for a wander (ended up being out 2.5hrs) saw loads of baby birds which I'll put on my Flickr in a bit, if you have chance to look, very chuffed with this shot!
