Tea for Two

I minded the twins today while Helen and Omar went up to Blackheath to work from home.
I put them out on the grass for lunch with a old teapot (of water) and they stayed there for a full hour playing ladies.
They were not so good about going down for their nap, when I had the brilliant idea of searching Spotify for children's bedtime stories. The "take a big breath and close your eyes while imagining fish" ones didn't work but finally after 3 repeats of "The Three Little Pigs and Big Bad Wolf" even Ayman dropped off. You can't beat the old tried and true.
Julia has come up for the weekend and is going to produce the cake for their 3rd birthday party with their cousins tomorrow.
