Frosty start

Here’s the view through the car windscreen this morning. Blipped on our way to have an early morning walk round the harbour.

Thanks for all the kind comments about my knee, I’ll  do my exercises and hope that things improve. Actually, things are a bit better and I’m guessing that I’ll have to just put up with the occasional flare up.

Another beautiful day out there, if a tad chilly, so I’ll try and exercise the knee with another gentle walk later on.
