Back to the carpet shop

I parked in the same street - Imperial Walk - and was very struck by these lovely colours together in someone’s front garden.  I had carefully measured my room, and done a little diagram. But he still wanted to call in, and measure it himself, before we ordered the piece of carpet.  I can understand that really - imagine if the customer was wrong and the carpet stopped 1 inch short of the skirting board:) But my figures had been exactly right.
