Fredricks Birthday.

We always go over the road to our Spanish friends for lunch on Saturday. The only difference today was that it was Fredrick's birthday party so we helped out with the children before the adults sat down to eat .When we got home at 10.00 we were very tired and very full.
Must stop eating so much.
