Parsnips

I was up earlier than normal because I had an 8 am call with some of the team in Australia and Kuala Lumpur. We wanted to discuss some questions that we had for one of our Malaysian customers and, being new to the organisation, I wanted to make sure I was going through the appropriate channels.

I went to the supermarket after work. We haven’t properly been in the weekly rhythm for a while, but I picked up some veggies to go with the parsnips we had from a previous delivery. I also picked up some things to go with the beetroot that is also left over. As a result, we have a number of delicious dinners ready for the week.
