Meadow Pipit Chilling Out!

There it was almost lying back in the grass just chilling! Didn't seem too bothered about moving on either so I got quite close.

Amazed there was any birds in the grass at all on our walk along Connel Airfield. Lots of people out walking their dogs, mostly crazy dogs that came bounding up to you and more often than not jump up with big wet paws! I get really fed up with people who do not or cannot control their dogs - one of my pet hates, haha!!

Huge big black clouds did keep appearing all around but we never saw rain at all, we were very lucky!
