I’m warm enough!

Oh I’m miserable when I’m cold, but today the fire has been lit! The hearth has been extended by hubby and he has been making a new Fender, which isn’t quite finished yet, so excuse the dust ;0) but it’s so much warmer. Cleaning to be done yet.
I can’t help but imagine what it’s like for homeless people, or those in war torn areas - I’m sure most of us feel for them.
I know for me although we are only burning up scraps of wood, we are blessed, we have food to eat for our meals, and electric, wow many would say ‘we have it all’ my Gran who has passed away now -( she was born in 1902) - she always said ‘count your blessings’
