Armistice Day

Todays ceremony was quite uneventful compared to the last one we went to two years ago, and it didn’t rain either.
Then it was into the Mairie for Pineau and nibbles, and catching up with the neighbours. Here’s Mr F and his mate (a former UK policeman)  where just an hour earlier the village schoolchildren had read out all the names  carved into the war memorial.
