Sunset from Duntulm Castle, Trotternish
After a fabulous hot day involving canoeing and climbing
I took some of the students down to Duntulm after tea to catch the sunset.
Absolutely superb.
The Hebrides are only 15 miles away across the Minch and a soft mist lay about their shores.
Duntulm Castle stands ruined on the north coast of Trotternish, on the Isle of Skye in Scotland, near the hamlet of Duntulm. During the 17th century it was the seat of the chiefs of Clan MacDonald of Sleat.
