Mist in the Valley

Although it was bright with hazy sunshine on the common today, in the river valleys of the Meavy and Tavy there were patches of mist into the late morning. The first extra shows the trees beside the river Tavy, resplendent with lush green moss and autumn colour. The other two extras  shows some puffballs. I have never seen as many in one small area. Some were still complete but others had burst and released their spores
