American Cemetery

D and I drove over to Camborne to look at cars and I ended up having a test drive. On the way home we passed the American Cemetery and, as I’ve never visited, we popped in. It’s a very sobering experience.

We are having a vegetarian weekend and on the menu tonight is confit tandoori chickpeas. Last night’s beetroot risotto was a success so maybe veggie weekend will become a regular thing?
