Autumn on Steroids

What a magnificent day it’s been.
Washing finished, bed stripped and remade, bathroom and bedroom cleaned and hoovered.

Tom went to the allotment to sort it out before he starts radiotherapy. He’s got an MRI and CT scan next week so that they know precisely where to zap him.

I went on a solo ridge walk. The colours are fabulous. Many leaves have fallen and I was very grateful to see them today.

I did a huge load of ironing this afternoon and a bit of gardening including wrapping up some of the tender plants for winter.

Poor Theo has got bronchiolitis, and is quite poorly. I’d love to go down and help but I have work andTom needs to attend appointments. Charlotte’s been to work, James has been sailing so Granny has had him today.
