Homemade Veg Soup

Made a panful of veg soup this morning.I was surprised how nice it tasted. All it consists of it finely chopped carrot, onion and celery. Added a couple of stock cubes and slowly cooked it.
Added salt and pepper and mixed herbs and zapped it in the blender.
