"Bird" Progression

To our surprise today, the bird nest has just one "fat" little bird in it. It was hard to tell just a few days ago. They grow so quickly. I added a shot of the area where the little bird made it's nest in the middle of the yard. The area with the two large sticks over the top. That was to be the "burning pile". So glad the mama was there and flew out. Otherwise it would have been "baked bird". :-( Would not have been good. Thought you might like a follow up on the bird nest.
