Time For Reflection

There was less of the moon this morning (and it was even further away from Venus) but I preferred how it looked when I photographed it. 
When I had taken that shot I turned the camera to the lovely light on the houses out the front and the shadows out the back (there are more over there).


My brother-in-law has just turned 70 and was having a gathering/shindig at his local golf club but insisted that there be no birthday presents .... so I made him a house-warming gift for when they move (their house has sold but they haven't found a replacement yet).
