i thought as there is enough conflict in the world at the moment, a picture taken post war was a happier choice.

this photo brings into sharp focus how fast we have hurtled from horse drawn buggies to electric cars.  Granny Kate went from this to driving a BMW in the 1970s.

last night when we got into bed we were greeted by this little gift that the Radish had placed between our pillows.  he's such a romantic dog.  it's certainly an improvement on the usual half chewed bone.
