White Peacock

Today, we decided to go look for and shoot some Lavender. One of our favorite places to eat, Los Poblanos, also has a huge farm where they grow that beautiful flower, and that is where we thought we would find what we were looking for. It turns out that the Lavender is not blooming there yet, but while we were there, we ran into our old friend the White Peacock...I introduced him to you a month or so ago.

He strutted and preened, but just was not in the mood to fan out those incredible white feathers. Just as we turned to go shoot something else, he decided to put on a show, and what a show it was!! I hope you are as impressed with this display as we were.
