Big wheel

It's Saturday and hundreds of energy bunnies on heavily geared bicycles are making the climb up Lookout Mountain - a vertical elevation of about 800m. And then there is one lone, well spirited guy in his 50's who decided he should do the climb on his big wheeled, single geared, "how-do-I balance this sucker" bike. 10 points for style; 0 for practicality. I think he was going to end up pushing the bike to the top of the mountain. Assuming he made it, I shudder to think about the out-of-control descent he was facing.
