Traditional Sunday Roast?

Not quite!

It's ages since we had an old fashioned Sunday roast dinner. It's a cold weather thing with us, so today's grey damp brought it on. But since last winter there have been changes. We're now increasingly using our air fryer - which cooks in a lot less time than traditional oven roasts. So today's repast is slow-cooked beef, with carrots, mushrooms and red peppers, as well as mock-roast potatoes and parsnips (both done in the air-fryer - as well as the frozen Yorkshire pudding) and microwaved Brussels sprouts. Really tasty. And if I didn't know better, I'd have thought the spuds and parsnips were oven-roasted.

Apologies for blipping food. Admittedly, it's a bit of an E.B. but still battling this head-cold and 'not feeling quite the ticket'.
