Lest we forget...

It's always a solemn occasion when the parade comes past the end of our street on Remembrance Sunday. I love the dignity in the faces of the participants, the veterans must have so many memories of hard times gone by. It seems so awful that war still goes on in so many places: some leaders have a lot to answer for.
