Peace

Peace has been on my mind today, Remembrance Sunday.
And again thoughts of my parents , that because of war had to leave and loose, their homes and families.
And so it continues across the world.
With a somewhat heavy heart I felt that the only thing that I really have control over is the peace, compassion and understanding that I can muster in my own heart.
