Last of the roses

Exciting morning at a Body Combat exercise class, invited along by blipperpal Littlemissquirk. This was a favourite class, pre covid, but sadly my locals gyms didn’t restart the classes after the pandemic. Such a good class - but I’m going to hurt tomorrow!
Managed a bit of gardening in the afternoon. It’s mostly cutting and tidying - the roses still have a few flowers left. I picked one for the house but I don’t think it will last long.
