Flower Flash!

Gloomy and grey today - when it wasn't wet and raining. Farmergirl's blip is the perfect statement about the day.

I wandered out with my macro lens on to find a drip. There were plenty of them but it was pretty dark out there and in the end I had to use a couple of flashes to capture an image that wasn't totally grainy.

At least it's not actually flooding at my place yet - but it's not looking so good for other parts of the country.

I spent the afternoon in at work. It's report writing time of year - I've not finished mine so I guess I'll be busy tonight...
