Goldeneye

Lovely to see this male goldeneye duck on the river. The rain stopped and there was even a bit of blue sky but the wind is picking up as the next storm approaches. Flora and I had a bit of a walk. 

No childminding today as our grandson is having his flu vaccine squirted up his nose. He's staying at home for the day. With the spare hours I think I might make a Christmas cake. Or a fruit cake at any rate. 

I've not made any comment about current world events on Blip. Not because I don't care but because I find it difficult to know what to say or how to say it. But today's elevation of David Cameron to the HoL and his appointment to the dysfunctional cabinet means I've reached my limit.
