Ermitrude's Seagull

Can I have a chip please? said the bird. Well that depends said Ermitrude, placing a piece of cod into her mouth, I mean it depends if you are a seagull or just a regular bird.
Oh, regular as clockwork, replied the large white bird.
You do look like a seagull said Ermitrude as she placed yet another juicy morsel in her mouth in preparation for chewing and swallowing.
I mean, she said, the orange legs and seagull like beak kind of give it away really.
