Fall

It’s not Fall it’s autumn!
And boy was it autumning today. Woken by the sound of the rain and the gutters pouring. Dreich doesn’t cover it but with chores done decisión made to see a movie. Been a long time and I love a movie.
Trotted into town, reached the Cameo with similar delinquents all standing outside…..As were the staff.
And then the fire brigade from round the corner joined in too. Thankfully a false alarm but delayed the film start.
I do love the Cameo. You forget the atmosphere of a non multiple and the quaintness of the curtains and then cornice. The film was Anatomy of a Fall and was in both French and English, set in snowy alpine France, with, you’ve guessed it, a fatal fall centre to the plot. Without giving it away, clever film beautifully acted throughout, astonishing part played by Milo Machado-Graner., which had us to the end of the film second guessing the outcome.
The rain had tried up so a wee walk round muddy Roslin Glen and then, twas dark. Day done too quick
