Notes: Slept a bit better, nice cool morning. Sent an email to Tarot by Janine w/ the gallery raven painting (she responded just over an hour later, "Wowsa!!! Beautiful work!". Headed out a little after 8a for Lakeview Produce - good place, wish I'd found it many months ago!  Got just a few things to start: organic arugula, kale and raspberries (and soil grown greens!). Got some cash and headed back, clouds had turned into bright sun. Heard from Eric & Linda yesterday checking on me and same from Joanne (from 1401 but in Canada still) today. Got ready and walked to pool: felt the connection of neighbors checking on me and felt a weird connection in it all and while I was walking, my whole spine straightened itself up taller - very cool! Sun had turned to clouds by then and feeling cool (lovely but not a great pool day), didn't stay very long. Shower and did a bunch of organization and clean-up then did meditation and was able to nap for a bit. Had some of the arugula w/ my meal and microgreens ... and cut the rest of them. Talked to Mic for awhile in the afternoon. Chilly weather and full clouds with good breeze came in mid afternoon and really cooled things down nicely - so great! And Broncos on MFN! A good day all around. (And Broncos won!!! - woohoo!)
