First wood stove....

The past few days have been very chilly - but we have managed with only the heat pump.   Downstairs is nice and comfortable, but my little office, on the 2nd floor has not been comfortable!!!   So this evening, after working in the mudroom i got things organized and on it went!

Ahhhh that feels so much better!   i love it when we finally put the wood stove on, not only does it warm the whole house - well mostly - but the joy of sitting in front of this glow never gets old!

Got all the trimming done, and put on the handles....tomorrow more throwing, but it's the last of the throwing....woo hoo.
